Overview
The popularity of LEDs is evident almost everywhere we look. To assemble an LED package, the die needs to be bonded in a circuit and protected. Polymark offers adhesives that can be used as a solder replacement for bonding to flex or temperature sensitive substrates. After bonding, use one of Polymark’s clear encapsulants to protect it.
