Polymark’s Thermally Conductive Materials conduct heat by the inclusion of particulate fillers with high heat transfer value that are added to the polymer base. Polymark has included the more popular materials below. There are a large variety of these conductive particles that Polymark can use to customize a product for your particular application. Technical Data Sheets
Gap Fillers – For heat transfer away from specific components or areas. Has non-sagging consistency.
Thermally Conductive Potting – Provides complete device encapsulation and is thermally conductive.
